How to Meditate


Meditation is a term for practices that are designed to help us train our minds.  Meditation practices help us develop concentration, clarity, compassion, and patience.

By practicing meditation you can learn the pattern and habits of your mind and learn how to shift them. With regular practice and a lot of patience you can transform your mind. You can learn how to see things more clearly and to interact with the world in a more awakened way.
